Retrieve Login Details
Please follow the instructions below to retrieve your ssh! username and/or reset your password:
- Enter the e-mail address you registered into the e-mail field below and click the "Send key" button.
- Check your e-mail for a new mail from ssh! containing your username and a password key. If it was only your username you had forgotten, you do not need to follow the steps below - you can now log in to ssh! using your retrieved username and existing password.
- Follow the instructions contained in the e-mail to return to this page. If the e-mail instructed you to enter your password key, enter it in the second field below, taking note that it is case sensitive, and click the "Continue" button.
- On the next page enter the new password you would like into the fields provided and click the "Update" button.
- You can now log in to ssh! using your exitsing username and new password.
