ssh.ie is a trading name of Expo Events and Magazines Online ltd. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and ssh.ie., the supplier of the Service.
Membership
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD TO JOIN OR USE THE SSH.IE WEBSITE. ACCESS OR USE OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENTS BY ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By using this website and it's services (hereinafter, "the Service"), you agree to be bound by all of the terms & conditions of this agreement. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please discontinue use of the Service.
Modifications to these Terms & Conditions
ssh.ie reserves the right to alter these terms & conditions and other site policies at any time. Upon alteration, the updated conditions will be posted on the Terms & Conditions page of the website. Any changes made will be effective immediately and it is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly for amendments. Your continued use of the Services after such amendments will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
Password & Security
Access to and use of the Service is through a combination of username and password. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you maintain the confidentiality of your password and must not permit any third party to use the Service on your behalf. You agree to immediately notify ssh.ie of any unauthorised use of the Service through your account or any other breach of security known to you.

Subject to your acceptance of and full compliance with the terms & conditions of this agreement, ssh.ie will keep confidential all personal and contact information provided by you including your name, address, email address or telephone number and shall use or disclose such information only for the purposes such information was collected for or as required by law.
You agree that we may use contact information provided by you to send you notification of messages, information about new features or keep you updated on any matters of interest to our membership.
While ssh.ie and its agents make every reasonable effort to ensure that personal information provided by you is never made available to other members nor any unrelated third parties, you acknowledge by your acceptance of this agreement that we cannot ensure security or privacy of information provided by you through the Internet and that you do not rely upon any warranty, expressed or implied, to the contrary. Online Conduct
As a member of ssh.ie, you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service, or transmit to other members,
- You will not publish, post, promote or otherwise transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature,
- You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other members or employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). Please notify us by e-mail of any material contained in the Service that you believe infringes these rules,
- You will use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, e-mail addresses, offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, or any confidential information of any third person, and you will not post any photographs or other images containing nudity or such personal information. ssh.ie reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile or photograph or image that does not comply with these prohibitions,

- You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service,
- You will not transmit any chain letters, spam or junk email to other members,
- You will not express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by ssh.ie or its employees without prior written consent,
- You will not harvest or collect personal information about other members, whether or not for commercial purposes, without their express consent,
- You will not use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, "data mine", or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the website or its contents,
- You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights,
- You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or the website or the servers or networks connected to the Service or the website,
- You will not post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. Please notify us by e-mail of any material contained in the Service that you believe infringes these rules,
- You will not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service,
- You will not "frame" or "mirror" any part of the website, without our prior written authorisation. You also shall not use metatags or code or other devices containing any reference to ssh.ie or the Service or the website in order to direct any person to any other website for any purpose,
- You will not modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the website or any software used on or for the website or cause others to do so, and,
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. ssh.ie reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.
For the avoidance of doubt, ssh.ie does not monitor the contents of member interactions on the message boards on the website. However, ssh.ie reserves the right to delete part or all of any bulletin board post for any reason.
Please note that posts of a commercial nature made to the ssh! forums or any other section of the website will be removed without notice to the member responsible. If you would like to sell, or in any other way promote, your products or services on the website then please contact our sales team.
ssh.ie reserves the right to delete part or all of a member's profile without notice as a result of a breach of any of the rules described herein. By posting information, content or photographs to the site you automatically grant the worldwide irrevocable, fully-paid right to ssh.ie to use, display and distribute such information and content as it sees fit. We will terminate the membership of any user if we have a good faith belief that they have transmitted copyrighted material without express consent.
ssh.ie does not warrant that your use of the website will be always available, secure, uninterrupted, safe or will meet your full requirements and its liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to ssh.ie or its agents for the Service during the term of your membership.
You agree that the law of the Republic of Ireland shall govern this agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
This agreement, accepted upon registering for the Service contains the entire agreement between you and ssh.ie. This agreement may only be amended upon written notice signed by two directors of ssh.ie ltd. If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ssh.ie., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, partner sites and third parties from any loss, claim or damage, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or resulting from your use of the Service. This includes any violation of the terms & conditions of this agreement or any action arising from the content that you publish on this site that infringes the intellectual property rights (e.g. copyright, trade secrets, trademark or patent) of any third party or content or communication that denigrates libels or invades the privacy of any third party.
Competitions
Unless otherwise stated, competitions are open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only excluding ssh.ie employees, their families and parties directly associated with the competition being run.
Unless otherwise stated, competitions are open to members of ssh.ie only.
Competition winners will be selected randomly from the database of members on the first working day after the competition closing date and will be informed via email.
In the event that a member has provided an invalid postal address or a prize is returned to ssh.ie as undeliverable, a new winner will be selected at random from the database of members.
ssh.ie competition winners accept that their username and/or likeness may be used in the promotion of future ssh.ie competitions.
ssh.ie reserve the right at any time to discontinue a competition for any reason without prior notification.
NO cash alternative is available for prizes or giveaways conducted by ssh.ie, its agents or any third parties involved unless otherwise stated in an individual competition.
